I have the honour to invite reference to Sir

W. Peel's secret despatch of 2nd May, 1935, regarding 1

payments to the Admiralty in respect of their surrender

to this Government of the Naval Arsenal Yard and to

inform you that I have today, in my despatch No.195,

requested your approval of supplementary provision to

make payment of the outstanding balance of the final instalment which was left unpaid pending a settlement of the question of the aerial ropeway.
